Library Loans Policy and Procedure
- Each library item is available for a 2 week loan period
- A loan form must be completed that: lists the items to be borrowed, the recipients name/ address/ phone number, and the start and return date of the materials
- A responsibility and damage waiver statement must be signed and witnessed
